Baby Makes Three

All stampers are human.  All humans make mistakes.  A mistake I made recently was to forget about stamp conditioning.  See Pat Huntoon's own blog here for the "how to" for stamp conditioning -
http://patstamps.blogspot.com/search/label/Stamp%20Conditioning .  Stamp conditioning is VERY, VERY, VERY important when you are using a mostly solid stamp.  It is difficult to get an excellently stamped image of a solid stamp without stamp conditioning.

So tonight I remembered to condition this Technique Junkie March release stamp called Baby Makes Three - http://techniquejunkies.com/baby-makes-three/.  I also used the MISTI to be sure I was getting a good dark image.

I stamped the image on the same green as the base card.  I used black Versafine ink and heat embossed with detail black embossing powder. Layers include a white glitter paper and a stenciled pattern with Art Anthology Colorations spray in Green Apple - http:/
/techniquejunkies.com/granny-smith-colorations-art-anthology/.   An organdy bow finishes the card.

Have a great day and get inky!

Beautiful card, Judy. I'm going to see my new granddaughter for the first time this weekend.
