This lovely stamp is from the newly released Technique Junkies stamps collection for April 2018. I used Fairy Tale Flowers - www.techniquejunkies.com/fairy-tale-flowers/ - as the background stamp. I stamped it again and then die cut it and a frame in order to "Spotlight" a section of the stamp. The "Spotlighted" area was colored with Copic markers. A die cut border and butterfly are the embellishments. The verse comes form the TJ stamp set called Mae West Sentiments -
