Not Afraid of Storms!

I love stamping, don't you?  I love the creativity of this craft. I enjoy seeing how you can combine stamps to create a lovely card.  For this card I used Technique Junkie stamps Learning to Sail and Textured Newsprint to create this card.  I sponged blue ink over the newsprint and used sponge daubers for the flowers, leaves, ship, sea, and sky.  Then I used my Art Nuvo Glitter Gloss Aqua pen to add simmer here and there. I used a Copic marker on the compass.

Remember you can get 10% off your entire order from the Technique Junkies website by using the code TJ10Judy!

Have a wonderfully creative day -- and get inky!

Love this card. All the blue fits in with the theme nicely.

I like that sentiment. And your card is so fitting with all the blue.

I need to learn how to sail my ship as I don't know how to swim! We have had SO much rain and flooding here in WI [but closest to me was 20 miles away] and now we are dry and sunny. I wish you the same.

Love your card. I too am getting a lot of rain in Rochester NY, the dog park was closed for a couple days as it was under several inches of water being at the bottom of a huge hill and bordered by a creek that over flowed it’s banks on 3 sides. I was about ready to start building an ark!
