The background stamp is a TJ stamp called Seagrass Mat which was stamped in dark brown. I sprayed with TJ Shimmering Bliss Harvest Sunset. The greeting is TJ I'm Confused. The lady stamp is TJ Once in a Lifetime. I colored her with Copic markers and sponged the blue background.
I spritzed a paper rose with blue Shimmering Bliss and let it dry before attaching it in the corner with a glue dot.
