Any one who has followed me on the Technique Junkie Design Team blog posts has surely noticed how I love using the Antique Glimmers technique on cards. What do I love about it? It is easy. It is fun. It is "messy." It is different every time I use it. It creates beautiful backgrounds. You can easily stamp on it. So today I have three different cards to share with you that I used this technique somewhere on the card. I created these cards some time ago.
The first card is a lovely anniversary card. But it could easily be for Mother's Day, Fathers Day, or birthday -- and what other occasions? The stamp is called "The Tropics." http://techniquejunkies.com/the-tropics/ and the greeting is from http://techniquejunkies.com/simple-sentiments-1b/
This next card, http://techniquejunkies.com/folk-birds/, looks like parrots to me. The words are from the set Definitions - http://techniquejunkies.com/definitions/.
And the last card is full of roses -- perhaps for a birthday or for Mother's Day! http://techniquejunkies.com/rose/ and the greeting is from the set Heart Frames http://techniquejunkies.com/heart-frame-set-of-3/. I stamped it on a piece of Vellum and tore it around the edges. I cut off the leaves around the roses, and used small snips of ribbons for the "leaves."
Have a wonderful Saturday! Get inky!

Oh, Judy, you outdid yourself. I love every card. Terrific work as always.
