I used Technique Junkies Stamps Fairy Tale Flowers - www.techniquejunkies.com/fairy-tale-flowers/
to create this card.  I used Copic markers to color the image.  

All three layers are stamped at once.  I used a MISTI to stamp this so that I could re-ink and stamp again until all of the image was clearly stamped.  Then the underlying layer was added for all three layers.  The top two layers were wrapped with fibers and then the Technique Junkies verse Heart of the Home - 

http://techniquejunkies.com/heart-of-the-home/  - was stamped and heat embossed on  vellum.  It was adhered with adhesive from my Xyron machine.
