Mermaid Kisses

My fanciful mermaid is from  the Technique Junkies Stamps June release of Mermaid Kisses -

I used the ocean waves stencil from A Colorful Life Stencils 

http://techniquejunkies.com/search.php?Search=&search_query=waves+stencil , and I used Art Nuvo Embellishment Mousse in several colors through the stencil to create the background -

The starfish from this set stamped in tan ink all around the mermaid for the background. the wording is heat embossed.
