Understanding

I used a verse from Acceptance/Respect/Peace and Circular Vines on vellum.   I stamped both with the following technique.  I first stamped with Versamark on the stamp in a stamping platform.  I pressed the image (with the verse or the vines) onto the card stock.  I did that twice.  Then I inked up the stamp with a dye based  dark teal ink.  And pressed down.  I covered the stamped image with clear embossing powder and heat set.   I used the vines  stamp, inked up and stamped off so the image would be lighter over the verse for the background.   I added a few sequins here and there in a random fashion.

I used Woodland Wonders and stamped it in brown pigment ink and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder.  I did the same for the verse from Acceptance/Respect/Peace.   The color in the background was added with Harvest Sunset Shimmering Bliss and Vivid Volt Shimmering Bliss.

Merry Christmas

I used Pine Bough,  Seasons Greetings, and a verse from Gifts of Christmas.  The background was just stamped in dark green ink.  Then the blue was smudged on on with an Ink Blending Brush.  I also used this for the background around the Pine Bough.   This was colored with markers while the stamp was in the stamping platform.  I colored and stamped a section at a time.  Then i inked it very well  (2 or 3 times) with a Versamark pad, pressing down each time I inked it.  Then I heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.  That makes it really pop in person!

Forest Advice

I used Birches background, and Advice From the Forest.   I colored the birches background the verse stamp with Copic markers.  I used the Cloud Edger stencil to create the clouds.

Respect

I used Fall Leaves for the background. I first spritzed the image with a few colors of  Shimmering Bliss, and I used  sponge daubers and added more in tense colors to a few leaves.  The verse is from Acceptance/Respect/Peace and is stamped and heat  embossed on vellum.  I ran it through my Xyron machine to add adhesive to the back.

Advice from the Forest

Dancing

 I inked up the French Script Ballerina with Versamark and then stamped her.  Then without moving the stamp or my card stock in my stamping platform  I reinked her with Versamark, and then with red dye based ink and stamped again.  Then I used clear embossing powder over the image.   I used the Cloud Edger Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs and one of the Ink Blending Brushes to apply ink for the sky.  I framed the panel with  ballerina with some red Mulberry paper from my stash.  Do you still have some of this wonderful stuff?  Dreaming with Your Feet is stamped and heat embossed on vellum.  The vellum is torn and then adhered with adhesive from one my Xyron machines.

Wedding Flutes

I used the Champagne Flutes Stencil and Pixie spray to hold the stencil in place.  I used Vivid Volt Shimmering Bliss over the stencil.  I punched out flowers in white and  green and then sponged to intensify and add color.  Sequins were added to the center and for the champagne bubbles.    Congratulations is from Grand Greetings.  I heat embossed it with clear  embossing powder.

Happy New Year

I used Draped Christmas  and New Year New Hope. Click on the blue hyperlinks to show the page to order from.  I used pigment ink to stamp the Draped Christmas and stamped it once, and  then heat embossed it with dark blue embossing powder. I moved the card stock in the stamping platform about an inch or less.  Then I restamped the image in pigment ink, and heat embossed it with silver embossing powder.    The verse was stamped in pigment ink and heat embossed with silver embossing powder on the navy panel.   I added a few silver pearls here and there.
