I die cut the holly and berries. I applied ink on a separate piece of card stock which is layered behind the die cut card stock. Dotted Merry Christmas is stamped and heat embossed on the front panel. I spritzed Dazzle Shimmering Bliss Topper over the inked areas before topping it with the top layer.
