Over the Rainbow

I used one of the stamps in Tropical Corners and colored it with  watercolor pencils.  Then I took a fairly large piece "packing acetate"  and used a round container with a magic marker.  I cut it on the curve with scissors.  I used with blending brushes and dye based ink to create the rainbow.  The verse is  from the stamp set Wizard of Oz, set of 7.   The beautiful Cloud Edger Stencil from A Color Life Designs  was used to create the clouds with the blending brushes.
