I used a stencil with seasonal foliage and Art Nuvo Glimmer Paste - http://techniquejunkies.com/products-and-accessories/nuvo-glimmer-paste/ . This dries fairly quickly but you really want to let it sit for a while especially because you adding quite a bit of the glimmer paste to get the details.
I framed the focal panel with gold card stock and adhered it to the red base card.
