Happy Anniversary

This card was made with two Technique Junkies stamps Dahlias and  Anniversary Set of 7 .  After stamping and coloring with Copic markers I used an oval die and cut out the middle.  I wanted it as a part of the design element and did not want to pop it up. So I carefully added adhesive to all of the back and adhered it to  my  layered  card panel. 

Then I heat embossed the greeting on colored vellum and adhered to the front of the card.
