Voice of the Sea

The background is created with a stencil from Art Anthology.  I sprayed Ocean Depth Technique Junkies Shimmering Bliss spray through the stencil.

I used Technique Junkies stamps Underwater Borders - Set of 3 and Seahorses - Set of 4. I used Nuvo Glitter markers to color the images.
