I used three Technique Junkies stamps:
- Whitecaps - I stamped this stamps and heat embossed with detail white embossing powder on pale blue cardstock.
- Seahorses - The sentiment and the seahorses on the envelope come from this set. The envelope was colored with Ink Blending Brushes.
- Floral Seahorse - I colored this with Copic markers and fussy it out to attach it to flip tag.
I used seaweed dies and cut some scraps of colored vellum with the dies.
This was a fun card to create. The tag was attached to the based card under the metallic layer. There was a flap about two inches and was scored at 4 inches and adhered with red line tape to the base layer.

Like that flap layout design. Also think the velum seaweed is a great idea. Great project!
