I used the Ink Blending Brushes to add color to the envelope, and the water on the card. I used a sponge with several ink colors and a homemade cloud stencil to create the clouds. I used the Slice cutting tool to cut a slit along the waves and slipped the lighthouse inside lining up the colors of the clouds in the sky. The sentiment was heat embossed on vellum. It was adhered with adhesive from my xyron machine. The few places with color on the lighthouse were added with Copic markers.
