I used the stencil Circle Makes Circles stencil from A Colorful Life Designs for the backgrounds. I used Blending Brushes to add the varieties pf color through the stencil. The focal verse is Queenagers. I stamped it with black Versafine ink and heat embossed it with detail clear embossing powder.
