I love the stamp Hat Ladies. I frequently use the ladies without the verse. I used Copic markers to color the faces, and paper pieced the hats and the dresses. Tiny rhinestones are used for the earrings and buttons. The verse at the bottom is from Queenagers
Background papers and color added with blending brushes and Distress Oxide inks.
