Walk on the Beach

I used the Antique Glimmers technique from the TJ newsletter to create this background. The Technique Junkies Mermaid on Rock stamp can be found here. She is painted with Twinkling H2Os. I used Sea Shell Border on the bottom, and the verse is from Sea Shells. I used some dampened and torn mulberry paper. (Do you remember when this was all the rage?)
