I stamped it in my stamping platform, and then used Copic markers to VERY carefully color in the stripes and the blue field. I stamped America Beats True on red vellum and heat embossed it with black pigment ink. I had some stars from my stash and adhered them here and there. This is wonderful 4th of July card!
