If You can Read This!!

February is birthday month! The focal image is Birthday Eye Chart.  The background is Random ABCs.  I used blending brushes  to apply Distress Oxide inks on both the background and the focal image.  I spritzed Dazzle Shimmering Bliss Topper over all.  Then I adhered a fussy cut butterfly from background paper.
