WWDB Week Three - Card #2

I used Vintage Light House and Enjoy Every Moment for the card front.  One of the verses from Sentimental Sayings was used on the inside.  I used City Windows from A Colorful Life Stencils and Shimmering Bliss on both the card and the envelope.   Ocean Depth Shimmering Bliss was sprayed through the Stencil.   

The light house was painted with Twinkling H2O's.  I painted the clouds with Copic Opaque white.  I used the Ink Blending brushes to add color to the water on the envelope.
